Working principle of MC- Ⅱ type pulse bag dust collector:
Type MC- Ⅱ pulse bag filter is a new type of pulse bag filter improved on the basis of TYPE MC- ⅰ. In order to further improve the Mc-ⅰ type pulse bag filter, the original drawing was modified, and the modified Mc-ⅱ type pulse bag filter retained the advantages of THE Mc-ⅰ type, such as high purification efficiency, large gas processing capacity, stable performance, convenient operation, long bag life and small maintenance workload. And from the structure and pulse valve reform to solve the open air and low pressure of compressed air source.
Type MC- Ⅱ pulse bag dust collector has been greatly improved on the basis of the original type ⅰ. It is more reasonable in structure, lower injection pressure, better dust removal effect and less maintenance workload. It is an ideal pulse bag dust collector at present.
Structure principle of Mc-Ⅱ type pulse bag dust collector:
The basic structure of MC - Ⅱ pulse bag filter is composed of five parts.
1. Upper box: composed of a cover plate and an air outlet that can be lifted;
2. Box body: composed of porous plate, filter bag device and ventuli tube;
3. Lower box body: composed of air inlet, ash hopper and inspection door;
4. Ash discharge system: it is composed of decelerating device, ash transport and ash discharge device;
5. Injection system: composed of controller, control valve, pulse valve, jet pipe, air bag and protective equipment system;
6 control instrument using JMK-2 pulse controller, WMK pulse contactless controller.
Mc-Ⅱ type pulse bag dust collector principle:
The dust-containing gas enters the middle and lower chamber by the air inlet of the dust collector, and enters the upper chamber through the filter bag due to various effects of the filter bag. The dust and gas are separated, and the dust is absorbed on the filter bag, while the gas enters the upper box through the ventori tube in the filter bag and is discharged from the air outlet. In the process of dust-containing gas purification through the filter bag, with the increase of time, more and more dust accumulates on the filter bag, so that the resistance of the filter bag gradually increases, and the amount of gas through the filter bag gradually decreases. In order to make the dust collector work normally, it is necessary to control the resistance within the limited range (generally 120-150 mm water column). In this way, when the resistance rises to the limit range, the controller will issue instructions to trigger the control valves in order to open the pulse valve. The compressed air in the air bag is sprayed into the corresponding filter bag by the lector pipe in each hole of the jet pipe. The filter bag expands rapidly under the instantaneous reverse action of the air flow, so that the dust deposited on the surface of the filter bag falls off, and the filter bag can be regenerated. The cleaned dust falls into the dust hopper and is discharged from the body by the ash discharge system. As the dust deposited on the filter bag is removed regularly, the purified gas passes normally to ensure the normal operation of the dust collector.
Type MC- Ⅱ pulse bag dust collector features:
1. On the basis of retaining the advantages of the original MC -- ⅰ type pulse bag dust collector, the low-resistance QMF -- 20P pulse valve is adopted, which makes the life of the control system and filter bag of the dust collector more than twice as long as that of MC -- ⅰ type, and reduces the maintenance workload.
2. The pressure of compressed air used for ash removal is reduced from the original 5-7 kg/cm 2 to the current 3 kg/cm 2 pressure, but the effect of ash removal can still reach the effect of 5-7 kg/cm 2 pressure, thus expanding the range of use.
3. Due to the improvement of the structure, the tightness of the equipment is enhanced, and the air leakage rate can be less than 10%, which further improves the product quality.
4. The uncovering device and the fixing method of filter bag have been reformed to improve the working conditions for the equipment overhaul and maintenance.
5. The protective cover is added to the spraying device, and the cover structure adopts the rain-proof measures, so that the dust collector is placed in the open air without another protective canopy, and the construction investment is reduced.
6. The original auger is removed in the dust removal part, and YJD series automatic rotary ash discharge valve combined air shutter is installed. Enlarge the use effect of ash removal, reduce maintenance, seal tightly and fast ash discharge.
